Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $35.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

An amenity fee of $50 is due upon arrival direct to the resort for parking of 1 vehicle & up to 6 wristbands. One additional parking pass can be purchased from the resort for $50 more. A “refundable” Security Deposit of $400 will be charged 3 days prior to arrival. If no damage is done, then the entire entire deposit will be refunded 3 days after departure. All guests are required to provide a photo ID & email address for signing a rental agreement after booking.
